Our Procedures for making a reservation:

Review the information on our website. |

Determine from the calendar (for each unit) the available timeframe you are interested in. |

CLICK HERE to submit your Reservation. |
|
You will receive confirmation from us for the dates your requested along with payment processing instructions for your deposit and rental fee. |
|
Upon receipt of the your deposit and payment, we will send you a Confirmation Letter. |
|
The complete balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. |
|
Upon receipt of rental fee, we will mail you the keys, parking permit(s), map, and a letter containing specific condo information, including the condo phone number. |
|
Enjoy your stay (and don't forget to complete a survey). |
